Hey Liamh92, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome the community, I am sorry to hear about the TV GO issues.
Okay, so when you say you have reached the device limit, is this for Virgin TV GO or SKY GO (Where you would watch sports)
You can do this via your end by logging onto the app and going into the settings from there you can see what devices are on and you can simply delete them off.
