I frequently get messages to upgrade my tv package when I want to watch certain TV programmes on TV Go on my laptop that my package includes and can watch on TV without a problem. This isn't just restricted to one specific channel.

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your TVGO service, does it allow you to watch the channels on another device?
