Virgin TV Go says I need to phone to upgrade. Have been using for ages. Why the change and how do I fix?

Are you able to let us know what channels you are getting this error message on?
What TV package are you currently on?
No channels were showing yesterday and a message was saying to phone. The channels are now showing in the menu.
