The app on our computer always comes up with the five devices reached and won't connect to any TV programmes. We have to change one of them next month. We only use the app on the computer so how is it possible to have reached five devices. There is nowhere to change this or delete then previous ones and so a long wait again just to watch TV on the computer. Then after a few days the same thing again. This is deeply frustrating and a shabby way of denying us our exensive TV account.
The way the TVGo works via the webpage and on PC's is a bit different which is why you may have used up all your slots when using the same device. Thankfully we have a dedicated thread that explains how this works and how to avoid it moving forward
