I would like to use Virgin TV Go on my mobile but the following message comes up - "There are too many devices watching TV on this Virgin TV Go account at the moment. Close the app on one of your other devices and try again." I can only deduce that these other devices are previous mobiles I used to own. Is there another way of removing other devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Help!
