Virgin TV Go

I have the problem of getting a label of opps service is not available I see others have the same problem but I could not find an answer I have spent 5 hrs on the phone but are no further forward please can somebody help

Sorry to hear that you are unable to use TVGO. Can you clarify if this is the app or the website?

We're very sorry that you're experiencing some issues with our TV GO service.

Are you using our app or a web browser?

 can you confirm the make and model of device you're trying to stream our TV Go service on?

If you're using a web browser please can you confirm the browser and version you have had this problem with?
