For months I have been unable to access the app - it won’t let me sign in on either my phone or laptop and keeps saying “Sorry - this isn’t available. Oops - the service isn’t available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes”

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV Go service.
Are you having issues via the app or browser version of the service?
If you're using the app, please could you remove the app and reinstall it once again, to see if this can help with the issue.
Are you able to log into My Virgin Media with the same details?
I’m having issues with both the app & the browser versions.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but same result.
The other Virgin apps work, just not TV Go
I can try to reset your TV go service but would first need to confirm a few details over a private message.

I have now reset your devices on our system, please could you now try to log into TV Go and let me know if you still have the same issue.
No such luck - same message appearing.

Please could you confirm the email address that you're using to log in?
Nearly 4 weeks have past without this being sorted and without being advised what the problem is.
Please can you advise how I can escalate this as urgent?
