Virgin TV Go

This was working perfectly well earlier today on my Chrome browser when watching BTSport and now I find a message 'Maximum of devices reached. How can this be ?

My Chrome browser updated earlier today when I upgraded my OS to Big Sur and it was working perfectly ok on that upgrade until just now. I cant either delete or replace any devices until December now. Just insane.

Help please.

I'm sorry there's an issue with your TVGO app- we are aware some customer are having an issue with maximum devices reached.

 

I've popped you over a private message so I can help you reset them.
