Virgin TV Go

I haven't been able to watch Virgin TV Go on my laptop for the past week.

I just get the message-'Sorry this isn't available', 'Sorry-we can't play this at the moment'.

I'm really sorry for our delayed response and to hear you've had trouble trying to use the TV GO app from your laptop.

 

Can I double check whether you're using the web browser version of TV GO? Are you able to view from any other device OK?

Yes it’s just the web browser version. It is working on my iPhone.

Hey Jack,

 

Cheers for confirming. We have had some reports of customers having issues when using the web browser version of TV GO. What browser are you using? TV GO actually works a bit better on Internet Explorer, have you tried using a different browser at all?

 

I appreciate you mentioned that it seems to be working on your iPhone, but have you also tried resetting your password to see if that helps?
