Virgin TV Go

Hi

I'm trying to watch Virgin TV Go on a device already registered but it says I need to register it. It also has 2 Pixel 4 XLs on the list, yet I only own one. I only use the apps and never from a browser.

Can I get my devices reset?

Thanks

Re: Virgin TV Go

Hi Flicker20,

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear you're having issues with our TV Go App, how has it been since your last post?

Are you able to watch anything on your already registered device now?

You can try clearing your cookies/cache, or using incognito mode when accessing Virgin TV Go will result in your browser being registered as a new device and try again if possible.

Let us know how you get on and come back to us if you need further assistance.

Kind regards Jodi

Re: Virgin TV Go

Hi Jodi

It still won't register on my device.

I have 5 devices set up, 2 are for the same phone (with just 1 recognising it as the phone I am using) and 1 is for the tablet that I want setting up (again without realising it is the same device) but doesn't let me replace...

I don't use the browser at all, just the app so I have had no luck with clearing cache/cookies

Can my devices be reset back to 0 please?

Thanks

Re: Virgin TV Go

That has been reset for you now, it can take up to 24 hours but you should be able to register a new device right away.

Let me know how you get on.

Re: Virgin TV Go

Hi Redviking,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Really you're having an issue with TvGo, this isn't good.

Can I ask how many devices you currently have registered? If you're at the maximum then this would be correct.

Have you recently made any changes?
