Hi for approximately 3-4 weeks now I've been having issues with my virgin TV go app.
Shows on catch up aren't being updated with the latest episodes- making the app effectively pointless.
I have checked and there doesn't seem to be an issue with catch up, or on demand services so I don't know what the issue is?
can someone please help/ advise.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. Are you getting any error messages on the screen? If so what is the message?
Hi, No im not getting any error messages, Just catch up has had none of the latest episodes from the past 3 weeks uploaded (see attached picture).
Im able to watch live tv, Just cannot catch up on anything from the past 3 weeks.
Hope this makes sense.
Can I ask if this is just one series you're finding this issue with or any series or channels?

Hi Emma yes still having same issues unfortunatley.
From what I can tell it's all series on demand.
Appears they haven't had new episodes uploaded since the beginning of september.
I've passed this over to our team to look into and will let you know once we have an update.
