Virgin TV Go - you need to upgrade

Please help this is driving me mad.

TV Go was working fine on iPad. I decided to log out and log back in again as it was a little slow. Now however no channels appear at all and it says I “need to upgrade” and gives me a number.

yet all working fine on iphone!

iPad is using one of latest updates, 12.4.9

have deleted the app and the reinstalled but same outcome. 

Please can anyone, or someone from Virgin help?!

Hi Chris,

so yep, I have the latest Apple update on the iPad.
I have also deleted the app then reinstalled too, but it still doesn’t work

it gives me a telephone number to call and says that I “need to upgrade” which clearly isn’t correct.

can you help find a solution to this issue?

Can try it on another device please? if you are still having issues an IT ticket may need to be raised. Chris

Hi Chris. So yes, just downloaded the app on another phone and tried to log in and after numerous “sign in hasn’t worked please try again later” once eventually in I get the same message telling me to “upgrade”. 

also can’t log on on desktop either.

I have recently had my bills and account looked at after registering a complaint which has seen my package and payments modified. Could this have something to do with it?
