Virgin TV Go - why is it so hard to manage devices ?

I need to set things up on my Mobile phone. I have downloaded TV Go app and can access things no problem, but when I try to use Sky Sports it says 'Device Limit Exceeded, contact service provider.  All links I can find on Virgin media page do not help ..... I cant find anywhere where I can manage devices ? If I go to the my phone it just shows the one registered device (my phone) .... I know there are others (lap tops, kids phones but where can i go to manage them ?) .....

Think I've sorted it ....   downloaded onto laptop and information comes up in device settings area.  Still not clear which Iphone is connected (3 listed with no details) but I've cleared one space and it now works
