My Virgin TV Go app has suddenly told me I need to upgrade in order to watch Live TV. I’m on the XL package so I do not expect to have to upgrade anything what so ever given what I pay for Virgin. Please can this be resolved quickly.
@sworne Apologies in advance if this sounds like a crass response, but the first thing to try is to log out of TV Go and then log in again. This should refresh your subscriptions.
If it doesn't work then the VM Forum Team should be able to help when they reach this thread in a day or so.
