Virgin TV Go registering new device

Hi

Seems like I have the dreaded 'new device every time i log on' problem.

I'm now locked out despite only using one device which has been registered 5 times. 

I believe it's to do with cookies / cache but it's an issue with this app.

Could someone from Virgin reset me please. Otherwise it's waiting until March...
