My son's laptop is in the list of registered devices on my Virgin TV Go account but, when he tries to watch something it tells him that the maximum number of devices is reached, even though his device is on the list.
Please can you fix this for me.
Also, when I am logged in to my account, I cannot make any changes to the list of devices, not even rename them.

You need to wait here possibly a couple of days for Virgin Media to reset your devices. This situation generally occurs with devices such as PCs which ‘appear’ as different devices to the app each time, using up the available device slots.

Hi @David_K66,
Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums!
I'm sorry to hear your Son is having some issues accessing the TV:GO service. As mentioned by @Ernie_C, this tends to happen with PCs/Laptops more often, as they can appear as a different device each time due to the cookie settings.
The app primarily uses cookies to store a registered device. Therefore, please ensure your Son's laptop doesn't have any software or setting that clears the cookies on a shutdown or closure of the browser.
I'm going to send you a private message to get things sorted. Please look out for it in the top-right in the purple envelope.
Cheers,
