Virgin TV Go not working

For a while, I was having an issue where the app didn't let me log in at all. Now I've managed to log in but when I click "my channels" or "live tv" it just suggests I should upgrade as if my current package doesn't include them, which isn't true. I should have all the channels. App is updated and so is my IOS.
