Hi trying to access Virgin TV Go on my iPad ( version 14.1) and receiving message :
“Sorry this is not available. Ooops this service isn’t available at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes “
Have been receiving this message all week and from other posts it seems this is not a new problem. Can somebody suggest a fix or advise community what Virgin are doing about this

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response, Are you still receiving this error message? Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?
I saw previous posts where somebody suggested deleting and reinstalling which has sorted problem
