Virgin TV Go login issues

For about two months Virgin Tv Go doesn’t work for me. I always get this error from no matter what device I try to open it.

With the same username and password I have no issues using the sky sports app...so clearly is something wrong with the Tv Go app.

also in my status , it’s been ages since the issue gets postponed to next working day.

 

when will this be solved?

thanks for replying to my message.
Yes, I have the latest update. I always get the message attached. Even if I want to connect on my laptop or on my phone.

it’s been like this for months. Really disappointed!
