Virgin TV Go login issues

Hi,

I'm having recurring issues with Virgin TV Go.

On one device (which I have used consistently before), I can watch Sky Sports... but not BT Sport.

I have tried to clear all my devices on my main laptop (a separate device), but there is no option to delete any devices on the 'device management' tab. I have tried clearing the cache on my browser, but that has not resolved the issue.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Sorry to see that you've been struggling to watch BT Sports on the TV Go application recently. Can you tell me if this has been resolved or if this is still on going?

 

If you are still struggling, I'd advise making sure your device is running the most up to date software as well as checking that any updates on the app have been performed.

 

If you can also uninstall and then reinstall the application to see if this can also resolve this issue for you
