Virgin TV Go app shows no channels


Im having problems with my Virgin TV Go app on my iPad. I have some issues logging in but, when able to do so, I have no channels listed and I’m told that if I’d like ‘to watch this channel’ ( NO channels appear in Guide or anywhere), I need to upgrade my Virgin TV package. There is a number to call.

my package hasn’t changed. I pay a lot of money every month for TV, Phone and broadband and that includes Virgin TV Go, which I’ve always been able to watch before. 

I called 150 and was told I’d get called back. That was 4 days ago. Still no call.

please can someone help?
