Virgin TV Go - Upgrade

Virgin TV Go is not allowing any sort of viewing on any device. Keep getting the message "Upgrade, if you'd like to watch this programme please call us to upgrade your package"

We have a V6 TV package and were not informed that TV on the go came at any extra cost. 

Any ideas?

Is that on specific channels, or a general one?

Try testing on one of the FTV channels such as ITV or C4 to prove this either way.

Has this worked before?

Are you able to advise on the above from japitts please? Are you able to access any normal TV channels such as ITV?
