Virgin TV Go Sky Cinema Harry Potter

Attempting to watch Sky Cinema Harry Potter through Virgin TV Go via Google Chrome. 

Sky Cinema Harry Potter is the only Channel on Virgin TV Go that the audio description is constantly playing with no way to deactivate. 

Normally in the top right hand of the screen there is the options; Picture within a Picture, Volume, Audio and Full Screen, however with Sky Cinema Harry Potter the Audio Selection is not available?

My children enjoy HP (and me to be honest) and this is driving me insane now.

I have also downloaded the Virgin TV Go App fro MacBook Pro with the same issues. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Kevan,

 

I can appreciate that this may be annoying, ruining the enjoyment of watching Harry Potter. You mentioned that it's on the several devices using the Virgin TV Go App but can I ask whether it's the same via a browser, outside the App? Can you tell us which film it is so I can see if we can re-create it?
