Virgin TV Go - Sign in with Main User Account

Trying to sign in to Virgin TV Go and I get an error message saying I must use the main user account and not a sub accounts cannot sign in?

There's only one email account associated with my Virgin Media account so don't understand the issue.

Hi Brido67, thanks for your getting in touch - apologies for the delay getting back to you.

 

I'm slso sorry you've encountered this error. It seems to be quite a common one at the moment and  I understand the mods are collating examples. I've also raised a few IT tickets on behalf of some impacted customers that are still ongoing.
