Virgin TV Go - Multiple Registrations for same device
Good Morning All,
I was hoping someone could assist me. Looking at my Virgin TV Go device list I have 5 available slots which is fine. However I have noticed that my Iphone and Ipad both seem to be registered twice effectively occupying 4 of my available slots.
I am currently not able to register a new device or remove one for 2 weeks, which seems a rather long time and wondered if anyone could help answer how the same device could have been registered twice?
Is there any way to remove one or both of these devices?
