Virgin TV Go - Maximum Devices Reached

Hi

It shows I've reached the maximum devices (five) I can have but that's not correct.

I have an iPhone, iPad and Desktop using Google Chrome, so three.

However, my (five) registered devices are showing as iPhone 8 twice, iPad once and Google Chrome twice.

So the iPhone and Google chrome have doubled up and although the iPhone and iPad are working, the Desktop is not.

I've seen other posts whereby someone in the Forum has reset the devices so could someone do that for me please via a private message.

usually caused by deleting the cookies that register the browser used on the device.  Stop deleting them and the problem should go away.

However, I haven't deleted cookies for some time now and the problem happened today.
