Virgin TV Go Max Devices Reached

Hi there, recently I have been unable to watch Virgin TV Go because it says that I have reached the maximum amount of devices. I believe this to be because of my browser settings clearing my data after closing it, I have now turned this off. Is there any way that someone could reset my registered devices so I can use the service again? My account email is [REMOVED]  .Thanks, Nathan
