Virgin TV Go Device Registration

Tv Go is fantastic, been watching football on my laptop in hotel when working away for years now with no issues.

Tonight, just as the game is about to start it goes off and is now saying I need to register my device which I do (again). I keep being asked to register the same device that I have used for at least a year. Eventaully I have run out of changes for the month but I am trying to register the only device I normally use and now I am locked out.

Can't speak to anyone on chat or phone as it not important, going round in circles and missing the football.

Virgin has been great since leaving BT a few years back but thinking of going back.
