Having problems with the device management on Virgin TV Go in that in the device management it shows that 5 devices have been used in the last month. In fact only 2 devices have been used of a desktop computer and a mobile phone. None of the devices listed can be removed to enable a new device to be used.
Would appreciate assistance in resolving this as a family member who is clinically extremely vulnerable and isolating due to COVID is now not able to watch Virgin TV.

We have recently made some changes in regards to the device allowances and how they are registered with a view to alleviating this issue going forward. We have today reset your device allowance and would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know if you still experience the same problem?
