Virgin TV Go - Cannot register new devices

HI

I watch on 1 PC and TV Go keeps registering as new device so now made 5 changes and can't watch for another month.

I'm using it on the Microsoft Edge browser.

TV GO App will not let me register/deregister any devices. 

Can you please help. I See on forum that others have had

the problem cleared. 

What is causing problem to the same PC? each time.

I have never had a problem till until this week.

Not clearing cache.

Sorry to hear of the Virgin TV Go registration issues you've been experiencing but thank you for taking the time to raise this via the forum and welcome to the community!

 

We've recently made some changes in regards to the devices and registration that should have fixed the issue you've been experiencing. We've reset your devices allowance and we would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know here if you experience any further issues.

I cotacted the Virgin helpline last Friday about the problem, but the chap on the helpline could not help at that time.

I will monitor the situation and report back if I have any more problems.
