Now that the Virgin TV Go app has been discontinued i have been prompted to access TV Go through the website. When doing this on Firefox I replaced the device but it says that all the device slots are now full.
The only devices I have registered are my android phone and duplicate Firefox browsers. I now cannot register a new device until November 1st.
Actually the iPad device does seem to be registered on sky go but when I try to watch sky sports its says that I cannot as In have reached my device limit. Why is this and please can it be fixed? Thank you
