Virgin TV Go - Cannot register new devices.

Now that the Virgin TV Go app has been discontinued i have been prompted to access TV Go through the website. When doing this on Firefox I replaced the device but it says that all the device slots are now full.

The only devices I have registered are my android phone and duplicate Firefox browsers. I now cannot register a new device until November 1st.

Can my device slots be unlocked from your end?

im having the same problem never changed any of my devices and cannot even watch even though the device im trying to watch on is in the registered device list

Thanks for posting on the community forums.

 

I'll be more than happy to reset all your devices for you if you'd like? Sadly, I can't create more open slots, I can only remove all registered devices so you can start again from a clean slate.

Could you possibly reset my device slots and I’ll start again.

I am also having the problem that all my slots are full and I cant replace An existing device.

Please can you delete all my devices on the system so that I can start again.

Actually the iPad device does seem to be registered on sky go but when I try to watch sky sports its says that I cannot as In have reached my device limit.
Why is this and please can it be fixed?
