Virgin TV Go App

Hi,

I cannot get the virgin TV go app to work, when logging the error message “Sorry - this isn’t available. Oops - this service isn’t available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes”. This issue has prevented me using the app for months.

I have also tried to watch live TV on a browser and that doesn’t work either.

In terms of the app I have deleted it and re-installed it, but this makes no difference. My iPhone also had the latest software downloaded.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry for the late reply and to hear you're having some issues with the TVGO app.

 

Can you confirm if there is any change since your post?

 

Can you confirm if you have enough device spaces?

There has been no change after tying it again a few moments ago. My device has approx 200GB of free storage space.

Apologies for the confusion, 

 

I mean when you sign in to your TVGO account, have you reached the maximum number of devices registered?

I've been havibg the same issues for a few days now and am unable to watch TV Go on my iPad.

Hi,

I haven’t been provided a solution yet, it’s been unusable for months unfortunately. I’ve tried  many work around but the virgin app and browser  is not useable for me at the moment.
