Virgin TV Go App

As this seems to be the only way to get through to Virgin here goes...

When I have logged in to the Virgin TV Go App I am being told that I need to upgrade to view anything.

I have the ultimate oomph bundle so don't see how I can upgrade any further.

Are you using the same details for the TV GO that are your My Virgin Media details?

Hi John, 

Thanks for your helpful reply.

I didn't think to use the same login details!!!

 

Of course I have used the same details. I have also tried it on different devices using ios, Android and a Windows 10 laptop with various web browsers.

I have also tried deleting the app and reinstalling and resetting my password. 

Hopefully this covers all the standard questions you are about to ask...

Is it still the same error message you get, the sub account one? If so, will you send me a screenshot?
