Virgin TV Go App

Since the last week I cannot sign in to my app.

All i'm getting is :-

Oops. That hasn't Worked. Please sign-in with your main user account. Sub-accounts can't sign in to this service.

I am the main account holder.

Thank you for the post Nishar and welcome to our community.

 

We just need to run through a few checks with you if you could please:

-Uninstall and reinstall the app

-Confirm if you're using the details in which you log into My Virgin Media with (and let us know if this can be done successfully)

Hi Emily,

Still cannot sign in to the App!!!

Am using my virgin media login details & have uninstalled/ installed the app quite a few times and it's been over a week now that it's still not working

Hello Nishar

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with TVGo
We were made aware of an issue regarding the failed signing in message 
This was raised and investigated and now it has been fixed 
Are you able to sign in okay?
If not then please let me know
