Virgin TV Go App problem

Have been using the Virgin TV Go app on my iPad without any problems since I installed it  when it came out!

A few weeks ago, the app looked as if it was booting up and showed the live channels etc. but then a white box popped up and it says "Sorry - this isn't available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes"

Been retrying every day and get exactly the same message.

The app works fine on my Apple Mac, I have rebooted my wireless router, rebooted my Tivo6 Box, restarted my iPad but no difference.

Anybody able to help?

Hi kenmckay, thanks for your post - apologies for the delayed reply.

 

Apologies for the TV Go issue you've encountered on your iPad as well. If this is still a problem for you now - can you please double-check the app & OS are both up to date with the latest versions?

 

Failing that, please try deleting/re-installing the app and let us know if that makes any difference or not.

I deleted the app completely and reinstalled and everything seems to be fine again.

Appreciate the advice.

Hi - I’ve had issues with the app. I cannot login and it keeps on failing. Have tried reinstalling etc. 

please can someone from virgin contact me.

But first I just need to ask if you have tried another device first 

What device are you currently having the issue with

yes have tried another device and it says I am using a sub account - however I only have 1 account with virgin.
