Have been using the Virgin TV Go app on my iPad without any problems since I installed it when it came out!
A few weeks ago, the app looked as if it was booting up and showed the live channels etc. but then a white box popped up and it says "Sorry - this isn't available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes"
Been retrying every day and get exactly the same message.
The app works fine on my Apple Mac, I have rebooted my wireless router, rebooted my Tivo6 Box, restarted my iPad but no difference.
