Virgin TV Go App not playing channels

Hi,

I have the full package and don't need to upgrade anything but live channels are not appearing on the TV Go and instead a message comes up "If you'd like to watch this programme, please call us on 0800 052 0701 to upgrade your Virgin TV package" it looks like this issue has happened in the past and may be a known fault...I'm hoping it gets resolved quickly as this is not acceptable when we are paying for a service that is not available 😕

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with our TVGO services.

Is this on all devices? Also are all your devices its registered on are they all the same brand

The problem has been resolved...looks like it may have been a system issue after the latest app update...everything was working 24 hours later...
