When I log in to My Virgin Media app, it allows me to log in without an issue, however when I log in to Virgin TV Go app it comes up with the following error: "Username or password incorrect. Please retry and click the box below to prove you are not a robot." It uses exactly the same username and password so I don't understand why this is happening. Please can somebody be so kind to help? Thank you.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the TV Go app!
I appreciate your password sounds like it's correct, however it would be a good idea to reset your password to help refresh things.
I'd also see if you're getting the same error on TV Go from other devices and if possible, clear the app cache from your device and try again.
