Virgin TV Go App Sign in Failed

Sign in Failed...

I have 4 devices and I cannot use any of them.

I have tried to use a 5th device and replace one of the devices and 'oops somethings not working'. - Thanks Virgin I know.

I am able to sign in once in every 20 odd tries.

But if i try to sign in on another device it does not work it says 'sign in failed' again.

The App & Website do not work properly.

I've used chrome, edge, firefox, iphone 6s, iphone 11 all the same.

Hi DanFwah and welcome to the community.

 

Sorry for the issues that you've been having with TV GO, are you using the primary login details from your account to log into the TV go app.

 

How long has the issue been ongoing? Are you able to log into 'MY Virgin Media' or any other Virgin apps with the login details?

 

Have you changed your password for 'My Virgin Media' recently? There can sometimes be an issue with the app syncing to the new password that has been used.

 

If you haven't changed your password recently, please can you try do so using the forgot password link on the 'My Virgin Media' site or TV go site.

Yes I am using the primary login details.

A few weeks - Yes I can Log in elsewhere with the same details.

I haven't changed my password - I will try that now.

I have changed my password and it still does not work on TV Go!

Sign in Failed still comes up when I attempt to sign in.

I have been able to sign in to My Virgin Media with my new password successfully.

Are you able to confirm if you have a V6 box? 

 

Also, do you ever get a message stating ' Setup didn't complete successfully' ?

Yes I bought the bigger bundle and had it all installed in 6 Months ago.

I don't recall ever seeing that message.

Could you please remove the app from any of the devices, reinstall and try accessing the content? 

 

Please keep an eye out for that error message along the way.

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Trying to log in to tv go on my iPad using the main account. Doesn’t give me the option to enter login details, just says sign in failed when I press the “sign in” button. I am still logged in on my iPhone. How do I resolve this?

I’ve also Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I'm sorry you're having some trouble signing into the app. 

 

All issues with this should now be resolved, are you still having a problem?

 

If so, can you confirm if your app is up to date, and if you've been able to test a different device?
