Virgin TV GO

Hi, I use Virgin TV GO on 3 devices; 1 x android tablet, 1 x android phone and 1 x MacBook Pro. All is well with the first two devices, however every time I log onto Virgin TV GO on my MacBook Pro, it thinks it is a new device, but it is not; it is the same MacBook Pro I use every time. Additionally, only 3 device changes can be made each month, so after I use it 3 times, I cannot use it for the rest of the month.

Can you please rectify this or tell me what I am doing wrong?
