Virgin TV GO not working

When attempting to sign into the Virgin TV GO app, it comes up with a message stating ‘please sign in with your main-user account. Sub accounts can’t sign into this service’. I’ve had this problem for a while and the email I’m trying to use to sign in is the main email associated with the virgin media account.

When signing into the account on the virgin media website, it states that this is a secondary account, but there is no other email that would be the primary account. Is there a fix to this and a solution to make it the primary account? I’ve spoken to someone on the phone and they were unable to help me.
