How on earth am I supposed to de-register a device. I've gone to device management and you used to be able to remove devices in there. Now its just blank. Can't do anything with it and I cannot get in touch with anyone from Customer Services
The device replacement process is set out in this help page:
Note that there is no facility to delete an existing registered device, only the option to replace it with a new device.

I know how to register a device but there are devices I no longer own which I would like to remove from the list
We can remove all the devices from your account and you can then re-register the devices that you need to be associated to your account.
