So I’m trying to watch on my iPhone on the Virgin Go app, however when I go landscape it shows the channel on the bottom half of the screen and it just won’t go away

Any ideas?

Apologies for the problems faced, can I ask is this only occurring on the advised device?

Also is the App installed with the latest version?

It’s on the latest App Version and iOS version on iPhone 14 Pro Max.. it’s the same portrait, there’s just channels underneath that you can’t get rid of in either way.. I want to watch in full screen

When you double tab on the video does it go full screen at all? Do you see any box symbols for full screen mode at all?
