Sky Sports Reg. allow up to 6 devices to be registered, but on my account I see unhelpfully 3 entries as 'Android phone' and 3 entries as 'PC'. So I cannot identify any device even through phones and pc's are all different makes! Then when I attempt to watch Sky Sports using Virgin TV GO the error message states 'You can only watch on two devices' but my son is away watching Sky Sports but I cannot also then watch remotely. But only one device is being used!
Plus for some crazy reason SKY only allow three device changes per month - totally useleess and unfair when I cannot identify the actual devices.I pay VM over £110 per month and have been a VM customer for years (was NTL before).
In these harsh Covid times when we are rightly not together under the same roof why can't I get what I expensively pay VM for?
