Please can somebody help. I can’t get the virgin tv go app to work with my mobile data as it says enable location services but the app isn’t listed in the privacy settings. I’ve rebooted phone and deleted and reinstalled app with no luck.
Thank you for coming back to me. I use an iPhone and mobile data is activated on the virgin app. In addition, the location services are active on my phone so I’m at a loss to understand why the app isn’t working.
Thanks for confirming Ak79ak. If location services are active & the app is up to date - the only other thing I could think that may be causing this is some kind of VPN/ad-blocker/security app being active on the device - could it be something like that?
