Virgin TV GO App fails to log in

Hi, 

when trying to sign into my TV Go app on my iphone, I keep on getting the error message saying Sign In Failed. 
This is the same for my ipad as well as when i use my laptop to sign into the TV Go website 
I have changed the password, as i thought that this would be the issue and can sign in directly to my virgin media account but not the TV Go app. 

Ive deleted the app and reinstalled but still no 

Can you help please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the TVGO app.

 

Can you please send a screenshot of what you're getting?

I get this error message when i try and log in with the browser
