hi, my virgin tv go app will not let me replace any devices under device management. are you please able to reset my list if i give you the details?

Sorry to hear of your difficulties changing devices under device management in TV go.
You can have up to 5 devices registered to use the app at one time, and can make 3 changes to these each month. You need to ensure cookies and cache are enabled for TV go on each device, or the app may think you are trying to register use on a new device. Sadly if you have used all of the changes for the month you will need to await this resetting - we cannot reset the list from our side.

hi,
i haven’t used any changes. it allows me to change it but when i click replace it says unable to register this decide try again later. i haven’t changed them in months so i should have all 3 changes available
