Virgin TV Control not connecting

Since last year, after an update on TivoBox, my infra red extender is not being recodnized by TivoBox anymore so I started to using the ‘TV Control App” to change channels and record shows, but now the app was working too, the app does not connect anymore. Anyone else having the same issue?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with our app. Is your device up to date with all the updates? Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app?

I can order you a new tv remote if you need one, just let us know
