Wondering if anyone else is having problems with Virgin TV Control app. I made the mistake of enabling auto update and now have my very useful app rendered completely useless.
It was unstable from the get-go after update. I managed to use it only a few times but has been luck of the draw most times.
However, since the weekend, it has been dead the entire time. It does not even bother to try a connection. No loading, no nothing - instant error message.
It keeps saying either my Tivo box or the app is not online so cannot find my TiVo box. However, I can use my TiVo box with no problem on my Slingplayer app.
Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear you're also having this problem. To keep these issues in one place could you follow this thread which is about the same problem.
We have no resolution as of yet, however we will update once we know more.
