Virgin TV Control App Error

I have downloaded the Virgin TV Control App and when I try to log in I get an error that states: "No compatible Virgin TV Boxes were found on this account. If you have upgraded ..."

Please help

What TV boxes do you have? TV Control is only for TiVo / V6 boxes, not the newest 360 boxes.

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

As BenMcr has suggested, the TV control app will only work on the TiVo or V6 box.  Do you have a 360 box?
