Virgin Remote and hub 4

Hi, I used to be able to set and start recordings with the virgin remote app until the hub 4 was installed. Hub 4 hasn't really given me any improvement and I've lost this function. Since the app isn't compatible, is there any other way to record remotely? Thanks, Robert

Welcome back to the community and thanks for your post about your TV control app issues.

 

I'm sorry that we have only just got to your post and to hear of the problems that you've been having.

 

Is your TV box connected to your hub and network correctly? As this could cause the problem if the box isn't connected to the network that the app is connected to.

 

What happens when you try to use the app at the moment, do you get any error messages when trying to record remotely?

Where are you seeing the error message?

Neither Virgin TV Control or Virgin TV Go check what type of Hub you have.

It's the Connect app that does as it's used for Hub management, but that's not a TV app.
